radio silence

Sorry for the rather protracted silence. I just finished a run of four night shifts and I'm now on holiday for the next week and a half. My roomate and I are braving the rainy season weather to stay a couple nights in a little cottage on the beach, and I might go up country for the weekend.

It might be a while before you hear from me again.

I'm Ali; twenty-seven years old, and married to Phil, an electrician, also known as The Husband of Joy (HoJ for short). I spent the past two and a half years on board the world's largest non-governmental hospital ship, the M/V Africa Mercy, but the time has come to see the rest of the world.
