I'm sending all my love, prayers and hugs! God is holding Precious Ethan in His wonderful hands! He's Got You All under His Precious Wings! I'll be there for you in my thoughts and prayers constantly! I love you all!

I've been following your story for a little bit now, having been led here by our mutual photographer, and I want you to know that you are thought of often. That's the funny thing about putting it "out there", you get support. My son is 2 and has a yet unknown form of muscular dystrophy. Apples and oranges to your very intense battle here, but I want you to know that I feel very close to your words. Sometimes we feel very alone in our battle, and it's comforting to find that kindred soul out there. To me, and probably many other people, you are Ethan's Mama, just as I am to many Harry's Mama. From what I have learned about you, I want you to know that I'm proud of you...as weird as that may sound. You are stronger than you think, and a vast community will be wrapping their arms around you when you need it. We love you, stranger.

As I read your words you have, without a doubt, embodied the myriad of emotions that I myself was unable to verbalize while Owen went through his surgeries. I feel your heart and know that no matter what, you and Ethan will both be forever changed for the better. Your strength is amazing and know you are in mine and my family's prayers for a recovery that is beyond explanation and you are home before you know it. ((HEART HUGS))

I am so thankful for the gift you've been given, and it's been one for me too. I can't see his beautiful face without thanking God for his incredible generosity. My own 18-year-old son is testing my patience to the extreme these days, and I trust that 18 years from now, yours will be too. You will be in my prayers on Wednesday.

It doesn't get easier, but you will become more adept at navigating the familiar territory. Praying that God will give you all you need to make it through the days ahead.

btw, I am typing this in a hotel room 800 miles from home after spending the day at the hospital visiting my now grown daughter. Hang in there. God's arms never grow slack.

I don't even know how I came across your profile on IG, must have been on my suggested page because I look at cute babies and such. I started following you a couple months ago, first I just thought it was another cute baby boy and his adorable sister, being a new mom to a now 11 month old boy, I am obsessed with all babies. The more I read and learned about baby Ethan and your family the more invested I became. Even though we are strangers I feel so close to you and have you guys in my thoughts and prayers all the time. You are amazing, strong, loving and so well spoken, you are honest and just a wonderful person and mother- I admire you so much. I am praying for the best news on Wednesday and will be following, waiting on pins and needles for updates (as you have time to put any). Just know by sharing your remarkable story you have gained a ton of support and even friends, we are all behind you and your beautiful family. As I look at baby Fox, I cannot imagine having to go through your situation, I hug him and love him even more if possible, thanking god for my little miracle. Ethan brings me such joy, just his sweet face makes the world a better place. Lots of well wishes and love to you and your family-- Hugs- Heather, baby Fox and family

It's true confession time. I HAVE been following the build-up to Ethan's next surgery--kinda. I knew it was soon, but really didn't know when. Then yesterday in church, although I had several people on my mind with medical issues that I was committed to pray for, all I could think about was you and your family. No offense, but I tried to "set you aside" and pray for my friend's brother who has a large inoperable brain tumor, I tried to pray that Ry/Sam/and baby-on-the-way would find a job/car/church/place to live, I had Laura Z pushing through, I tried to pray for the step-father of the college girl I've been mentoring who has a malignant brain tumor and only weeks to live, I tried to...

BUT, God knew best and had the timing down. ALL I COULD DO was pray for Ethan (and you and Zoe and Phil). And, I admit, I didn't know his surgery was like NOW.

So, there you have it. Just know that you are all loved and that I won't stop praying.
