Ali, thanks for being so transparent on your blog. I've been a "lurker" for awhile and never commented, but I've been so encouraged by reading your stories. My plan for over a year now has been to go on a trip with Mercy Ships as soon as I can after graduating from nursing school in May. Reading your blog over the last couple of months has made the longing to go even stronger. I will be praying these last few days are full of great things!
This is absolutely gorgeous. I wrote a piece on worship in the ward when I was on the Anastasis in 2006. Isn't it wonderful to serve a God that loves without regard to race, language, or disease!
