I just read a story about the Boston Marathon winner, a Kenyan (naturally. He says that when he gets home, he's going to spend his winnings on a few cows. That reminded me of a while back when you took up a collection for a cow for one of your special patients. We never learned how much a cow costs in Togo.
I love reading your blog. It could become a book someday. Would you have a way of posting a list of things that you, the staff, patients and caretakers need? I'm sure that there's a lot of readers more than happy to contribute directly.
