I've been reading your blog for several months but I haven't yet commented. Your blog captivates me and I read every post so eagerly, usually weeping by the time I'm through. I love your stories and I so appreciate the work that you and Mercy Ships are doing for God's kingdom. It's so far from anything I can imagine. But today's post compelled me to comment. How exciting to hear that your friend Audrey has a new album coming! I'm a worship leader and am familiar with her name and her songwriting because of the works she's done with Matt Maher on his new album. We sang "You Were on the Cross" at our Good Friday service a month ago and I'm working on getting more of that music into our rotation. "No Greater Love" will be a great one for our Pentecost message. I can completely relate to that feeling of having a song fit so perfectly with a specific situation. What a precious thing that you can call such a gifted songwriter your best friend!
Blessings!

I've been reading your blog for awhile...I'm coming to the ship in July to teach in the Academy next year. Had to comment...Audrey is good friends with a ton of my pals from Florida (I was teaching there, they were at Palm Beach Atlantic)...it feels like the world just got a little bit smaller!

You were in our Prayer's at our closing Brunch at Terril Road Biblechapel. We had a most blessed time. Your Mom looked so sharp, I just love her and all the Lady's at the Chapel.
God bless you and keep you safe , this is my daily prayer for you and all the rest on Mercyship.
