It was an honor to play a small role in her life while on the ship! She's a special gal.

You girl's are doing such a good job taking care of those sweet little lives. We are proud of what you are doing, even though at times you feel that you are just using a quick fix. We are blessed to have the ability to go to a hospital here in the states and get help. We take that for granted.I pray that you stay safe and continue being Jesus to the hurting. Blessings! Carol, all I can say is that it is SO good to have Beth back with us! I didn't realize just how much I'd missed her over the past 2 years until she came back to me! =)

ali - I am so thrilled that you were blessed to be one of Aissa's nurses. My daughter, Melissa, spent 10 weeks in Cameroon at the Meskine Hospital last fall. She worked with Sarah Root and fell deeply in love with Aissa. in fact, the little blue dress she wore was one that melissa had made for her while they were there. I had just done a story on aissa and gave the link to the mercy ship when one of my blog readers led me here!

Thank you for being used of God and making a difference in the lives of these precious children.

In Him,
Beth
