I am so glad you are having such a wonderful time with your family... having family around always does so much to restore my heart!

I thought of you and talked about you...even though I only know you through blog land... a lot this weekend. A friend and I went to go see the documentary Living in Emergency which chronicles the difficulties that the doctors who go on assignment with Doctors Without Borders face. It was an amazing and touching story (although I couldn't help but think how much they just needed to pray, just to have Jesus comfort them...) but it made me think of you and of everyone with you on the African Mercy... and how many difficult choices ya'll have to make in who to treat and who not to treat... and how much you give up to be there!

Recommend the film to lots and lots of people... it really is great! It's not gorey, or graphic or anything... it's just all these doctors in the field talking about their experience with Doctors Without Borders.
