I have been away for a week, cycling in the Rockies as a fundraiser for the Canadian Bible Society - a great experience! I have just read about your prayer request - please send me a couple of names; today is my daughter's birthday, so what better day to start?
I will also keep you and Phil in my prayers as you start your journey, and look forward to the opportunities you will use to keep us posted!

I've been out of town and had to skim my blogs...did you put out a call for prayer? I did not catch that! I pray for you and yours all the time! I have Zenabou taped to my laptop! Is there something specific? I totally missed it.

Please send us a name. If you have a little girl with burns left it would be great as our little girl is able to empathise. However, it will be a privilege to pray for any of the people you have left.

I have been out of town and missed all your recent posts about the 600 names. I would love to be added to your list. I have no idea how many you have left since people may have emailed you, but I would like to have at least one name and if possible five.

I have appreciated the names and faces you give the people in Africa - people that God knows well when I pray for them. Have a wonderful time on your trip and I will pray that the Lord will guide your path.

Ali, I will be thinking of you and praying for you as you take these next steps in your life. I'll pray for traveling mercies for you and HoJ, and that you guys have a fantastic time being world travelers! I'll also pray for the big big decisions you'll make in the coming years, and that God will make it clear where He wants your lives to go from here.

Also... I see Jesus in you. In every single blog post you make. And I just wanted you to know that.

Dear Ali,
Your blog is inspirational, I was in tears myself as I read of the funeral. thank you for sharing so powerfully of you time in Togo.
Please send me 2 names to pray for. I was in Togo for the 1st outreach there (on the Anastasis) so it will be a joy and privilege to pray.

The Lord bless you as you move on - not sure where you will be going but it sounds like a great adventure with God.

Dear Ali, I will miss your writing, even as I understand completely the need to be away from the media noise as you and your husband travel and walk you way through the coming months. I hope you journey brings you joy and growth and new adventures. I know I will hold you in my thoughts and prayers and be glad to read whatever you write here. (please forgive any typos: I am fingertip tapping on my little phone as I cannot use the computer in the wake of brain surgery). I have learned so much from what you have shared of your life and vocation and ministry: thank you so much fir sharing here in this space! Peace and blessings to you! ~ Ellie
