Hey, I really like this kid, he is going to be one heck of a ladies man! I don't have a clue what to do, but you can use your brilliancy and come up with something incredibly ingenious!I am a friend of Janelle's by the way!

haha! Ali, you've got me laughing out loud now! What a cute kid. Wouldn't want to break his heart... but, I'm gonna have to say that you're a bit too old for him.

I've really enjoyed the pictures of your little "ship kids" too!

Good luck explaining yourself!

Sunbeam, that boy got it bad for you. Too bad you're not Catholic, you could say that you were a nun and married to Jesus. Oh, well. I'm sure you'll think of something.

Hey Ali... just wanted to let you know that I'm prayin' for you about this one... tricky... been there (a little bit -on both sides even). How you respond to this is really important (sorry that sounds scary rather than encouraging). The thing is, he really does think he's in love with you. Love his little heart, he's just 14 :-D I remember thinking I was pretty dang close to "in love" at that age too, my feelings were really strong, but they weren't "love" they were just "new" - a deep friendship type love that I'd never experienced before... you could encourage him with that - you guys do have something special, but it isn't "that" sort of love... it's better :-) Let us know how it goes... praying for ya.

Hi Ali. Your dad gave me the link to your blog as he knew I needed something to keep me awake and interested during all those late nights counting American Idol votes! Words fail me - what a wonderful and inspiring collection of stories and thoughts. Unfortunately America may not get it's Idol vote results as I'm too engrossed and/or busy laughing and crying at all your posts. Thank you for doing the work you do...now I know why your dad is so very proud of you!
Warmest regards, Sandy Bennett
