What a beautiful post, and what a beautiful soul you have to remember the stories of the lives you touch. It's true that most of us don't sore those types of details away, and I imagine nurses (who see so much and so many) must often forget or find that people blur into one another. But you, clearly you are one of the special ones :-)

Oh Ali, I remember him too... dear sweet child and such a delightful father. His father wore a green anorak and had the biggest smile and knitted a turquoise hat with a flower on - it was like a tea cosy! He wore a black sleeveless puffer jacket. I remember it clear as day and I remember talking about them at my talks when I returned home!
Ali, I read all your posts and long for the day I'm back with you all. God's time right?
Praying blessings on you!

You're daughter is going to be so blessed to be growing up in this environment, meeting these people, loving God's forgotten. We're never really forgotten, are we? Not by him, or the people who Love what he loves.
