Thank You again Ali for bringing home TRUTH to my pitiful life - when I'm griping about things not going the way I think they should I need to remember that God has a much bigger picture frame than I do and it's not all about me....... Love & Hugs, Aunt Sue
I love you. You are my sister in Christ. Through the words you wrote in that post......I can see Liberia and Baby Greg and his mama, Marion. God uses you to minister there and to all of us who read your blog. Thank you. Wonderful, that's what God is.....wonderful.
See Ali. These stories. This love you have for your patients. This is how God used you in my life to bring me to Mercy Ships. I stumbled upon your blog at the beginning of your career with Mercy Ships. How cool is that!? Thanks! See you soon! Hope the sail isn't making you too sick. (((Hugs)))

I love it. It's always so humbling and encouraging to know how God uses us.
And I'm not sick at all! I think being pregnant and having morning sickness for 5 months has fundamentally rewired me (or else just given me some good perspective) because I'm a happy, happy sailor despite some pretty good swells!
Watching 60 Minutes again today, seeing you & Phil brought back memories of 2008 in Liberia after sailing from the Canaries. You did a wonderful interview leaving a lump in my throat & tears in my eyes. You won't remember me but I was a receptionist . Occasionally at night you would stop by for a midnight chat. I had to go home in Oct because of back problems & have had two surgeries since. But wonder of wonders a I got married 2010,to a wonderful Christian man and live in San Antonio, TX. . Blessings to you, Phil & precious Zoe with good health everywhere you go.
